Parents:
If you are concerned about your student, please call the Wellness Center during normal business hours at: 856-256-4333. If you believe your child is in crisis, please call Public Safety at 856-256-4911.For specific resources for parents, such as Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training, please reach out to the Parent and Family Connection Office.
Faculty/Staff: Referring a Student
We encourage the university community - faculty, staff, or students - to make referrals to the Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS) if you have concerns about a particular student or peer. If assistance is needed, contact CPS during regular office hours and ask to speak to a counselor. In the event of an emergency situation, contact Public Safety at 856-256-4911 and ask to speak with a counselor on call. Individuals may also call the Wellness Center at 856-256-4333 and follow prompts to be connected to the on-call counselor after hours.Crisis Resources

- Call 856-256-4333 to speak with an on-call counselor who is available for emergent phone consultation and crisis intervention.
- Call Public Safety at 856-256-4911. Public Safety can connect you with an on-call counselor.
