Undergraduate Positions

Peer Referral & Orientation Staff (PROS)

The Peer Referral and Orientation Staff (PROS) are a diverse group of undergraduate students who know firsthand what it is like to deal with the concerns of É«ÀÇÉçÇø students. The PROS assist their peers in transitioning to É«ÀÇÉçÇø and resolving any general adjustment problems that may arise in the process. They serve as excellent resources on campus organizations, academic exploration, and campus life. The PROS serve as orientation leaders and peer mentors, providing advice and referrals to various campus departments as needed after orientation.

Info sessions are a great way to get some questions answered as well as potentially speak with a current PROS member. Info session dates and job & application information can all be found on our

Summer Orientation Clerical Assistant

The Clerical Assistant is a valued member of the orientation staff and reports to the Director of Orientation & Student Leadership Programs. Functional supervision is received from the Office Administrator as well as other graduate and professional staff in the office. The Clerical Assistant assists with routine office tasks, reception, and preparation for orientation programs that impact students’ academic and personal achievement at É«ÀÇÉçÇø, and is expected to provide overall support to make each program a success. In all activities, the Clerical Assistant recognizes that service to new students and their parents and family members is a top priority.

Clerical Assistants are expected to work May - August 2024.
