Holly Pointe Commons opened in Fall 2016 and includes 1,415 beds as well as dining venues including the Glassworks Dining Hall, BB Convenience Store, and a Starbucks. The building was designed keeping in mind the needs of first-year and some sophomore students.
- In Hall Staff: 3 Community Directors, 15 Community Assistants
- Housekeeping: Clean common hallways, Public Restrooms, and Lounges on a regular basis.

- First Floor: Community Director Offices, Public Restrooms, ATM, Dining Hall
- Laundry Room: Located at the end of the central hallways on each floor

- Trash Removal: There are dumpsters located in the HPC Parking Lot. Students are responsible for bringing their trash bags to dumpster locations. Trash is hauled on a daily basis. Housekeeping staff removes trash from all common areas and public restrooms.
- Each resident’s É«ÀÇÉçÇø ID card will give them access to the entrances of the building.
- The É«ÀÇÉçÇø ID distributed to each resident also allows access to the student’s bedroom.
Pod Features & Amenities:
The building is designed into pods. Every pod forms a community with a Community Assistant (CA). Pods include a mix of student bedrooms, lounge and study spaces, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Holly Pointe features air conditioning throughout, spacious double rooms primarily with a limited number of single bedrooms, card access entry to the building and bedrooms, and WiFi and Digital cable TV. This building was designed to provide options for gender-inclusive housing in a residence hall environment where students may choose roommates without restrictions based on gender. It also houses numerous Living-Learning Communities (Honors, Engineering, LGBTQIA+, Business, Writing Arts) where students can live with those who share interests, passions, and academic goals.
