Faculty members play a vital role in celebrating the achievements of our graduates at commencement ceremonies. Your presence on the platform symbolizes É«ÀÇÉçÇø's commitment to student success and enhances the significance of this milestone for our graduates and their families.

Participation Details for Faculty Members

  • Registration
    Faculty members planning to attend the ceremony and participate on the platform are by March 25, 2025 . Early registration ensures proper arrangements for seating and ceremonial logistics.
  • Regalia
    Faculty are expected to wear academic regalia to participate on the platform. If you do not own regalia, when completing the registration form, please indicate your regalia details. To ensure your regalia order, please register and supply your order by March 25, 2025.  Rental regalia will not be available after this deadline. 

When the order has arrived, your commencement coordinator will arrange for you to pick up your regalia in advance so you can prepare it (steam) and wear it to your ceremony. 

  • Arrival and Check-In
    • Arrival Time: Faculty should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time dressed in your regalia. 
    • Check-In Location: For ceremonies in Wackar Stadium, please check in at the Athletic Team House patio upon arrival to receive specific instructions for the processional and platform seating.
    • Refreshments: Light refreshments will be provided. 
  • Processional and Seating
    Faculty will join the academic processional and be seated on the platform. Detailed instructions and line-up information will be provided on the day of the event.

Additional Information

  • Parking: There are no designated parking lots for faculty members.  Please use the commencement map to park in your desired location. Shuttles and golf cart transportation will be available. 
  • Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will move to Esbjornson Gymnasium. Faculty will check-in at the Rec Center Dance Studio. Updates will be communicated via email and posted on
  • Live Stream: A live stream of the ceremony will be available [here] for those unable to attend in person.
