Accessing Curriculum Review
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser, although Curriculum Review also is supported by Internet Explorer 11
- Sponsors/co-sponsors (“proposal originators”) will submit their proposals through a form using an internet browser. To begin a new curriculum proposal as a sponsor/co-sponsor while on campus, visit
- To log in to the OnBase system to view proposals while away from campus you will be directed to the standard VPN view, if you have VPN access. If you do not have VPN accessGo to and log in with your É«ÀÇÉçÇø username and password.
- Click the OnBase icon, “Curriculum Review New Proposal Form,” which is found in the folder titled Administrative; this action will download Citrix to allow you to access the system.
- Click on the downloaded file “launch.ica” and then log in again with your credentials and complete the Duo process if prompted.
- Approvers will make decisions on proposals through OnBase. To review a proposal as an approver, visit

Using Emailed Links to Forms While Off Campus: Sponsors/Co-Sponsors and Approvers
If you are attempting to access OnBase from off campus and you are not logged in using VPN, you will not be able to launch OnBase or view a proposal by clicking the link provided in email notifications you receive. To use the links provided to you in email notifications, you will need to take the following steps:

- Copy and paste the link found in your email notification into the web browser.
Sponsor Responsibilities
Curriculum proposal sponsors/co-sponsors are responsible for their proposals throughout the review and approval process and should be aware of their responsibilities.
