Diploma Orders & Information

Students receive one complimentary diploma, which reflects their name, major, and academic honors. If you'd like a diploma that also reflects your minor, concentration, or specialization, please use the Diploma Order Form. Your name and degree will appear on your diploma, official transcript, and in the Commencement Ceremony program as they are listed in the University’s database. Slight variations of your legal name (such as including your middle name) may be made on these official documents.

Students can also order customized diplomas, but these are not considered official.

Diplomas are mailed to the permanent address on file, unless otherwise indicated on the graduation application. Diplomas are mailed in bulk approximately eight weeks after all degrees have been awarded.

Diplomas will be held if financial obligations to the University have not been met.

Additional and Replacement Diplomas

Students can use the Diploma Order Form if they lose their diploma or want their concentration/minor/specialization printed on it. Students can also use this form to order a 10 x 8 certificate that reflects their minor, specialization, or concentration ONLY. Expedited orders are available for standard size (8½ x 11) only. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive an additional diploma.
