Important Information for Incoming Virtua Students

To finalize your transition, there's a few things you need to do. Please review and complete your next steps for enrollment as soon as possible.

Senior Year Transition Checklist
Set up your É«ÀÇÉçÇø accounts
- Follow these to set up your University Accounts
- Once your accounts are active, please start checking your É«ÀÇÉçÇø email on a daily basis
PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 48 hours AFTER you confirm your enrollment to be able to set up and access your accounts
Once you have activated your accounts, you will have access to all important É«ÀÇÉçÇø systems, including:
- Our main resource, which includes the registration portal, billing, and your academic transcript.
DegreeWorks - DegreeWorks helps students view their program requirements and progress to graduation. Students are encouraged to review DegreeWorks and consult with their advisor concerning their course selections.
Canvas - É«ÀÇÉçÇø's learning management system. All of your online courses will be held in Canvas.
Register for your courses
For more information about registration, including deadlines, finding courses on Section Tally, and more, please visit our Registration page. An appointment with your Academic Advisor is highly recommended prior to registration.
Submit required health forms
- Steps to complete health forms can be found in the Online Orientation
- Please direct all questions to the É«ÀÇÉçÇø Wellness Center at 856-256-4333 or email wellnesscenter@rowan.edu
Obtain your student ID card
- Follow the instructions in the É«ÀÇÉçÇø Card Website for uploading your photo or refer to the instructions in the online orientiation.
- Your É«ÀÇÉçÇøCard will be printed and mailed to your address on file
Register with University Resources (if applicable)
Please note: Privacy regulations prevent disability accomodations and military/veteran status from being communicated between the É«ÀÇÉçÇø Colleges and É«ÀÇÉçÇø. Incoming transfer students will need to register with these offices if applicable.
The Office of Accessiblity Services provides accommodations and assistance to students with various documented disabilities in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. If you previously received accommodations through RCSJ or RCBC’s Student Support office, you may receive accommodations through É«ÀÇÉçÇø. The Military Services Office at É«ÀÇÉçÇø provides assistance to veterans and dependents of veterans with their education benefits. The Veterans Affairs Office also provides programming and resources for the campus community.
If you are a current military service member, veteran, or dependent who receives tuition benefits, you must complete the paperwork required for processing your benefits with É«ÀÇÉçÇø for each upcoming semester.
