How can I get an update on the status of my application?
Applications are subject to a detailed review process. You can expect to be notified via e-mail 1-2 weeks from receipt of your application.
I am having difficulty choosing responses that best describe my situation. Can your office assist on which response is best?
Unfortunately, we cannot guide students with their answers on this application. Please provide the most accurate answers possible.
How do I know if my application was successfully submitted?
After submission, a confirmation message appears with a confirmation number. We recommend that you keep a copy of your confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will not be sent.
Can I change a response on an application that I already submitted?
Applications cannot be changed once submitted; all submissions are final.
Is it possible to submit an additional hardship letter with my form?
No, scores are based on a rubric and dependent on how you respond to the questionnaire.
I have a balance due on my student account. Am I required to apply the HEERF II funds to my account balance?
Students are not required to apply the funds to their account balance, but it is an option provided to them on the HEERF- II – Student Emergency Assistance Form.
If my application has been reviewed and approved, how long will it take for me to receive my refund?
A refund will be processed in 1-2 business days. You will receive an e-mail once it has been processed. Please be sure to enroll in our eRefund service to ensure you receive your funds in the fastest and safest manner.
I am a É«ÀÇÉçÇø online student. Will I receive a CRRSAA Grant?
If you are identified as an enrolled, degree-seeking student for Spring 2021 with a Pell eligible EFC at the time that we receive the CRRSAA funding, you are eligible to receive the CRRSAA Grant. Please complete an application.
Will there be CRRSAA Grants for the 2021-22 academic year?
At this time, we do not have an answer to this question. The US Department of Education is constantly re-evaluating the effects of Coronavirus. As information is released, the University will communicate any and all information that affects student grant funding.
