Incoming students! Your Wellness Center Requirements' due dates are as follows: June 15th for Summer and Fall admits; and December 15th for Spring admits.

All students, no matter their health insurance provider, may schedule an appointment .

The Wellness Center also offers sexual and reproductive health services, in collaboration with FAMcare. More information can be found here. Certain medications and point-of-care lab tests are offered at no cost and immunizations are offered at a reduced rate. Flu vaccines for students are offered at no cost. Reimbursement receipts can be submitted to health insurance companies.
Please note: Charges accrued at Student Health Services will be applied to your Bursar Account, allowing you to make a direct payment to the service(s) provided.

Important Reminder
As a new freshman or transfer student, you must submit your completed mandatory pre-entrance health forms prior to the due date. If you submit any requirement(s) after the due date, you may receive up to $100 in late fees and an immunization hold.Sick/Injury Appointments
