FREE Group Fitness Classes!

色狼社区 Campus Recreation is doing its part to help keep you healthy and moving during these challenging times with Virtual Group Fitness Classes that are free for any 色狼社区 employee or student now until May 8.

Choose from Yoga, Pilates and Prof Strong! (body weight training strength class) offered four times during the week. All levels of expertise are welcome and the instructors offer plenty of options for everyone to be successful.

“It is always important for our physical well-being to stay active, but is especially important now to the extent that we are able.  Staying physically active can not only enhance our health and physical well-being, but it can also boost our energy and our mood,” said Katie Huber, assistant director of Fitness and Wellness.

These classes can also give you that sense of social connection that is missing from our daily lives. Katie said, “Even though we are not physically together, it can sometimes feel like you are in the room with others listening to the same instruction.  Plus, we as instructors are typically around both before and after class for questions and conversation!”
