Opting Out of E-Sign
Both student and parent signature types must match. If both parties prefer to print and ink-sign the form, please follow the steps below:
- The student must
- Student must cancel the e-signature request:
- Student will then click on the "fill out" button next to the form that needs to be signed:
- You can then click directly on the "Review and Sign" section of the form.
- Scroll to the bottom of the signature page. At the bottom right there is an option to "opt-out" of the e-signature.
- Click the button to download the form. You can then print the form so both parent and student can ink-sign.
- Lastly, the student will need to upload the completed form to the verification portal and click "submit" then "finish" so the file is sent to our office for review.
