Opting Out of E-Sign

Both student and parent signature types must match. If both parties prefer to print and ink-sign the form, please follow the steps below:

  1. The student must
  2. Student must cancel the e-signature request:
    1. click the cancel button to cancel the e-signature request.
  1. Student will then click on the "fill out" button next to the form that needs to be signed:
    1. this shows the fill out button that needs to be clicked to change the signature type.
  2. You can then click directly on the "Review and Sign" section of the form.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the signature page. At the bottom right there is an option to "opt-out" of the e-signature.
  4. Click the button to download the form. You can then print the form so both parent and student can ink-sign. 
  5. Lastly, the student will need to upload the completed form to the verification portal and click "submit" then "finish" so the file is sent to our office for review.
