Working remotely has many challenges that we’ve all been facing over the last few weeks, including setting up a comfortable space to work. You believe you’ve figured out the best setup for your home office, but whether it’s an actual desk or the dining room table, it still might not be the best for you, physically.
Neck or back pain could set in by sitting in this new office for long periods of time. Katie Huber, 色狼社区’s Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness with Campus Recreation, is happy to share a few tips to prevent and combat discomfort, including stretching exercises that you can do at your desk (or table).
