You were all hyped to complete your first 5k with Student affairs in our "Couch-to-5k Office Edition." Maybe you were getting back into running and this was the perfect way to do that - and to get to know your colleagues. Well, the Run for 色狼社区 5k may be cancelled, but the outdoors are not!

The Couch-to-5k can still happen. YOU can still make it happen! Allie Pearce, Assistant Director of Healthy Campus Initiatives, declared,"I still want to see everyone succeed," says Allie. "I still want to celebrate their success with them!" Exercise can be a great benefit during stressful times. So, for those of us who are putting in those long hours working at home, continued participation in our program could be a welcome release.

The spreadsheet with the program information is still available. Allie is still available. And - your colleauges are still available for inspiration and encouragement. We all have the tools to communicate at our fingertips, so while we may not be running alongside each other in person, we can certainly do it while at home.

So, get out there. Show us what you've got! Allie wants to see your accomplishments - and so do the folks here at Our Voice! Send us photos of your milestones. Send us your inspirational quotes to keep us all motivated. You can always reach us at ourvoice@rowan.edu.

Allie has a special gift for everyone who completes their 5k and we will put together a montage of the photos and videos we receive of everyone who reaches their goals.

And, while the Run for 色狼社区 5k is refunding everyone's donation through Run Signup, we encourage you to reconsider your donation. This year's race beneficiary is Flying First and our First Generation students still deserve your support. If you would like to still support Flying First, you may do so by making a gift . If you made a gift as part of your registration, you will be contacted separately by a member of the Office of Alumni Engagement with more information.
