The Division of Student Affairs continues to evolve as the higher education landscape changes and the students we support diversify. Now, more than ever, Being an Ally in Success in Today’s Higher Education Landscape requires a whole person approach to student success - and for that we need everyone's insight. Our division has long prided ourselves on developing a productive relationship with students, educators and staff, and now, we want to hear how we can do better. What are your ideas, experiences and insight as to how we can be allies to a new generation of students and foster learning in universities that are entering unchartered territory?

ally - noun: one that is associated with another as a helper a person or group that provides assistance and support in an ongoing effort, activity, or struggle - Merriam Webster

In Today's Higher Education Landscape, students need to feel supported and valued by their university. The Summit will provide our division with the opportunity to collaborate in a professional setting, where everyone is encouraged to share their knowledge of how we can become the best allies to students by providing them with a fulfilling college experience. This interactive summit offers our division the chance to network and develop new goals for how to support student success. By coming together, Our Voices will pave the way for successfully navigating the ever-changing landscape of Higher Education.
