This treasure in the heart of Central Jersey is an art lover’s dream. Spend the day walking through one-of-a-kind sculptures, attend a hands-on art workshop, or hear from an artist-in-residence. Bring a picnic, or enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant.
If you’re looking for a day trip that will keep everyone in a young family entertained, the Land of Make Believe has you covered. This family-centered amusement park features rides, a water park, and a safari - designed for people of all ages, so that adults and children can enjoy the day together, side-by-side.
If you like the great outdoors and you’ve always been curious about New Jersey’s famous Pine Barrens, then Wharton State Forest should be on your list. This expansive park features several trails of various lengths, the Batsto Mansion, the Atsion Recreation Center, and campgrounds.
