Residential Learning Coordinator Jennifer Azevedo Wins March Trivia

Congratulations to our March trivia winner, Jennifer Azevedo, who correctly identified that Beth Sosnoski been in her position with Military Services since August 2012. Jenn, a residential learning coordinator within the Department of Residential Learning & University Housing, focuses on the residents of Chestnut, Magnolia, Mimosa and Willow Halls.
When asked to share one communication tip she has for communicating with parents, Jenn says: "My tip would be under promise and over deliver. Think you will get back to them by the end of the day? Tell them you will have an answer tomorrow and surprise them with an earlier response. I never want to be in the position to promise something to a parent and then let them down."
