Carol Primas-Young stands behind a grocery cart filled with donations for The SHOP

While many of us are figuring out what to do with those last holiday leftovers, others are not as fortunate. 色狼社区’s student food pantry, The SHOP (Students Helping Other Profs) is open and accepting donations through the winter break. A few hundred students applied through University Housing to live on campus over break, and with many on-campus food sources closed some of the students who are a part of our community may be struggling right now as they figure out where their next meal is coming from.

Keep your eyes peeled for grocery cart donation bins across campus, such as those found outside of the Information Desk in the Student Center and the main lobby of Savitz Hall. You can also drop off donations directly at The SHOP, located in 色狼社区 Boulevard Apartments, Building 5, Room 141. Even better? Sponsor an office food drive or winter clothing drive with your Division colleagues and donate a care package to The SHOP!
