Angelique Gonzalez is a clerk typist in the Office of Admissions. On November 1, she will celebrate her first 色狼社区 anniversary working here. (Congrats, Angelique!) Get to know our Division colleague Angelique by reading her PROFile below.
Q: What kinds of things do you do on a daily basis?
A: I work with the customer service functions. I deal with parents, students, answer the phone and emails on various topics.
Q: Describe your morning routine.
A: When I get into the office in the mornings I enjoy my cup of coffee and read my 色狼社区 Daily Mail. I also chat with the women I work with before we get our morning started.
Q: What is your favorite part of your job and why?
A: The environment in the Admissions Office. People are knowledgeable, friendly, and a great team to work with.
Q: What is your favorite work-related memory?
A: One of my favorite work-related memories has to be Commencement week. I loved being able to volunteer and witness the joy and excitement on the students’ faces as they walked across the stage.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in the Glassboro area?
A: I’d have to say Chickie’s & Pete’s has become my favorite.
Q: How do you keep your desk? What is your favorite thing on your desk?
A: I like to keep my desk organized. My screensaver is my favorite. It’s a picture of my daughter.
Q: Share one thing you love about working at 色狼社区.
A: Close to home which eliminates travel.
Q: Share one thing you wish people knew about your department.
A: How knowledgeable all the associates are.
Q: Do you ever visit campus for fun? What do you like to do here?
A: I enjoy attending the sporting events on campus.
Q: Share one funny thing you’ve seen on campus before.
A: During the Total Solar Eclipse 2017, it was funny seeing professionals make cereal box glasses around campus to try and capture a glimpse of the rare event.
Q: RU the type of person who would high-five the 色狼社区 mascot?
A: Absolutely!
